Radix Flameproof Controllers offer the same features as our regular controllers, such as time-proportional control, sensor-break indication, on-site setpoint and relay programming and isolated retransmission, but in a robust enclosure with various degrees of ingress and gas group protection!X96P is a full-featured PID controller designed for use in hazardous environments. It is housed in a heavy-duty enclosure certified flameproof for gas groups I, IIA and IIB with IP65 rating - completely dust proof and a good level of protection against water. It receives input from 8 types of thermocouples (B, E, J, K, N, R, S, T), Cu53, Pt100 as well as other 3-wire RTD sensors, 0 - 50 mV voltage and 4-20 mA or 0 - 20 mA analog current signals. A triple 7-segment LED display and individual LEDs on the front of the process controller indicate set point and process values, relay status, auto/manual power status and communication status.
