Description: The PVMet™ 100 includes all the same sensor options as the PVMet 75 but offers an adjustable EKO ML-01E Irradiance Sensor that can be set to provide Global or Plane-of-Array Irradiance. The adjustable option provides installers the flexibility to match the sensor to the PV panel angle. Compact and simple to install on any solar project, the PVMet 100 connects to Modbus RTU Communication with an ethernet TCP option available. Ships fully assembled and factory calibrated. The PVMet series of weather stations is designed for solar operations looking to gain insights into the efficiency and status of their PV system with accurate, bankable data. The PVMet series is simple to use, yet powerful enough to transform a solar installation into a sustainable solution that saves resources and energy. The RainWise PVMet 100 station arrives fully assembled and is fully operational in minutes. All our PVMet stations are SunSpec certified or compliant and feature integration via Modbus RTU or an ethernet Modbus TCP option. Features Adjustable Global or Plane-of-Array Irradiance Sensor 1 or 2 x Back-of-Panel Temperature Sensor Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Modbus RTU Communication Ethernet Modbus TCP option available Ships fully assembled and factory calibrated SunSpec Compatible Sensors & OptionsGlobal Irradiance or Plane-of-Array Irradiance The adjustable irradiance sensor can be set to provide global when horizontal, or plane-of-array irradiance when installed to match the PV panel angle. Back-of-Module Temperature These sensors are attached to the back of the PV panel using thermal conductive adhesive tape. They provide accurate panel temperatures, an important parameter for efficiency monitoring. One sensor is shipped with each system. The PVMet 100 supports two sensors. The second may be purchased separately. Ambient Air Temperature The ambient air temperature sensor is housed in a passive solar shield for increased accuracy.
