For a 33kV UE (Unearthed) Single Core 630 sqmm cable, the standard Raychem (TE Connectivity) solution is the EPKT-UE heat-shrink termination kit. These kits use a zinc oxide-based stress control system to manage electrical fields and are designed for high reliability in severe conditions.Specifications & Features Voltage Class: 33 kV (Max 36 kV). Conductor Compatibility: 630 sqmm (Single Core) Aluminium or Copper. Standard Compliance: Conforms to IS 13573-2 with a Basic Insulation Level (BIL) of 170 kV. Material: High-performance, anti-tracking, and erosion-resistant cross-linked polyolefin. Kit Contents: Includes stress control tubing, red anti-tracking outer tubing, sealant mastics, tin-plated copper earthing braids, and constant force springs. Key Performance Highlights Stress Control: Uses SCTM technology with an integrated stress control system that is correctly positioned during shrinking. Ease of Install: Range-taking kits suitable for both compression (crimp) and mechanical lugs. Durability: Unlimited shelf life under normal storage conditions and fully sealed against water ingress.
