The basic working principle of a reciprocating compressor is similar to that of a crankshaft piston.Reciprocating compressors are widely used in the chemical, oil, and gas industries for moving compressible fluids reliably.The piston compressor, also denoted reciprocating, is a displacement compressor type which consists of a moving piston which compresses the air.
