Recovered Methylene Di-Chloride (MDC), also known as Recovered Dichloromethane, is a chlorinated solvent reclaimed through purification processes from industrial waste streams or spent solvents. It retains the fundamental characteristics of virgin MDC but may vary slightly in purity depending on the recovery process. It is a clear, volatile, colorless liquid with a mildly sweet odor and excellent solvency power.
