SMARTsaa has developed entirely new range of Inductive Proximity Switches with extended sensing range. These proximity switches are used where higher sensing range is required. These switches also find application on large equipments where the critical alignment is no possible. Typical application includes: 1. Bucket Elevator : To sense misalignment of buckets 2. To sense movement of stacker on rail to communicate stacker location to control room 3. To detect object on heavy machines where vibrations are more 4. Detect movement of wheel of equipment moving on rail 5. Speed sensing of crasherSensing face diameter decides the sensing range of switch. For higher sensing range, the diameter of sensing face is more. The object size should be at least equal to the diameter of the sensing face of the switch and object material should be mild steel or cast steel. Following alternatives are available in Inductive type switches 1. Nominal Sensing Range : 25 mm, Usable sending range : 20 mm 2. Nominal Sensing range : 50mm, Usable sensing range : 35 mm 3. Nominal Sensing Range: 80 mm, Usable sensing range: 50 mm 4. Nominal Sensing Range: 120 mm, Usable sensing range: 100 mm
