Finetech Boring Kits are engineered for shops that demand repeatable bore sizes, tight tolerances and excellent surface finish. Each kit bundles precision boring heads, adjustable boring bars, extension bars, toolholders, carbide or HSS boring pilots, and a selection of interchangeable cutting inserts — giving you everything needed to set up fast and bore accurately from roughing to finishing. Finetech heads offer micrometer-style fine adjustment (commonly 0.01 mm or 0.005 mm per division), low runout spindles, and robust clamping to eliminate chatter. Kits are available in compact sets for small bores (Ø6–50 mm) and large-capacity sets for heavy work (Ø50–300 mm+), and include both internal (ID) and face boring accessories. Designed for automotive, hydraulic, valve, bearing and general engineering work, Finetech Boring Kits reduce setup time, lower scrap rates and simplify repeat production by combining modularity with high rigidity. Choose from solid-carbide bars, indexable insert options, coolant-through designs and precision pilots to match materials from aluminum to hardened steels. Key Features Complete kits: boring head, bars, extensions, pilots & inserts. Fine micrometer adjustment: 0.01 mm / 0.005 mm per click for exact bore sizing. Low runout boring heads (high concentricity) for precision finishing. Solid carbide & indexable insert options for different materials. Coolant-through and side-coolant variants for deep or blind bores. Modular components: extendable bars and quick-change adapters.
