Owing to the wide experience in this domain, we are instrumental in offering Refrigerated Air Dryer to our clients.Description:Refrigeration Compressed Air Driers:Compressed air is fed into the drier and is pre-cooled in the air-to-air heat exchanger by theout going Cold Compressed air. The pre-cooled air then passes through the refrigerant-to-air heat exchanger where it is further cooled to the required pressure dew point, usually 3 Deg C., above which temperature there is no moisture formation in the compressed air system. The moisture in the compressed air condenses out and is collected in the moisture separator and discharged through automatic drain valve.Finally, the cold discharged air is rewarmed by the incoming compressed air. This saves energy and prevents any moisture forming beyond the drier in the Compressed air system.
