The Reverse Osmosis Containerized RO Plant, Water Storage Capacity: Custom Tanks, Purification Capacity: 250 - 10000 Ltrs is designed for industrial and large-scale water purification. Modules treat between two hundred fifty and ten thousand litres per hour plus storage tanks of any size fit inside the same steel frame. Engineers select spiral wound membranes after they test the raw water - the unit removes salts, metals and microbes to the wanted purity level. A programmable logic controller opens but also closes valves in sequence - staff only check gauges rather than stand beside the machine all day. The frame, the pumps and the high pressure pipes are built from stainless steel as well as schedule-80 PVC and the whole skid runs on a standard 220 V supply. Up to sixty five percent of the incoming water leaves the plant as clean permeate - the rest carries concentrated waste to drain. Alef issues a one year warranty that covers every pump, membrane or sensor. The plant suits factories, hospitals, hotels or any site that needs multiple thousand litres of low salinity water each day.
