The construction of RF shielding chamber is modular type most widely used shielding system . The modular design is extremely versatile and is available in a wide range of standard and custom sizes and configurations, typically between 2.5m x2.5m x 2.5m and 36 x 21×15 m.The important advantages of modular RF shielded chamber is :Easily dismantled and relocated to another location.The solid panel construction is suitable to fix RF absorber material, electrical distribution , lighting , air RF filter etc.The system includes a high quality, heavy duty, durable, recessed contact mechanism door.The modular panel construction made out of galvanized steel sheets laminated to 19mm thick solid core material.Panels are joined with 3 mm thick framing members.Corner intersections are finished with bronze corner caps.Structural steel support is designed and installed according to the chamber size.Features:-Shielding effectiveness up to & Better than -90 dB from 10 KHz to 40 GHz.Pan Modular Self Supporting Structure.Customized Production, installation & Testing.Non magnetized environment in regards with high magnetization of 30 tesla's.Applicable where engine testing or non-magnetized Shield environment required.
