RJK-SF Multicrop Power Thresher comes with the following features: Spike Tooth Type. Feeding chute (hopper). 36 stud bitter and 14" Dia Threshing Cylinder which is Fully Enclosed Type. Oscillating sieve having a double screening arrangement. Interchangeable bottom concave for different crop types. Fixed top concave. Blower for winnowing purpose. Main Shaft fixed Aspirator Blower is used to clean large impurities. Bottom fixed Auxiliary Blower is used to clean weeds and weak seeds. Single Heavy Fly Wheel. Power Required: 3.7 Kw / 5.5 Kw V-Belt Drive Approx. Overall Size (LxBxH): 1520 x 1120 x 1600 Approx. Unpacked Weight: 350 Kg Low maintenance and less labour requirement. Simple in operation. The whole thresher mechanism is mounted on a very heavy and attractive steel frame chassis. The manual feed system is to be utilized for feeding the crop. Bolts are attached to the periphery of the drum and the rotation speed of the drum is 750 RPM. Because of the impact of the rubbing action between the drum and the concave, the crop gets threshed. The grains and the threshed straw fall on the screen through the slide plate. Due to the light weight of the straw, the blower is able to suck it and throw the same out of the thresher. The grains are separated and cleaned because of the screen's shaking and oscillating action along with the stream of air. Due to the extra fan being fixed on the sieve, all the hay, sand and impurities are blown away very quickly. Thereafter, the clean grain is collected for bagging purpose.Output Capacity Per Hour: (1 Bag Contains 100 Kg.)
