Open fired rotomoulding machine is used to produce plastic water tank of rotomoulding process. The exact type and amount of resin is dictated by the part's predetermined “recipe” based on the desired wall thickness and other characteristics. The mold or tool is then closed and bolted shut creating a tight seal.Rotational molding, commonly referred to as "rotomolding", is a plastic casting technique used to produce large hollow, seamless, and double-walled parts. It is a three-stage process that involves a mold on a rotating frame, a heating chamber, and a cooling chamber.Normally all rotation molding systems include molds, oven, cooling chamber and mold spindles. The molds are used to create the part, and are typically made of aluminium. The quality and finish of the product is directly related to the quality of the mold being used.
