Roof sheet crimp curving machine is able to turn vertically automatically. Pressing system is designed meticulously to create steps which are high tensile and have intact paint.Fully Automatic Crimping Machines are used for processing of wires with stripping, crimping, insertion, testing, and auxiliary processes, making the wires ready for harness assembly. Semi Automatic crimping machines are manually loaded machines for stripping, crimping and insertion.Crimping means that a narrow sheet edge is folded back by a full 180°. Here you achieve an elegant and effective edge protection as well as stabilisation of the sheet to safeguard against sagging. The procedure is the same as that described above under 'Straight bends'.FRP is a type of plastic that is reinforced with glass fibre. The glass fibre may be made from different types of glass depending on the application. BRPL offers fibre glass Opaque and Translucent sheets (FRP sheets) for different applications.
