KTS Pharmatech is the leading manufacturer and supplier of all kind of Pharmaceutical Machines.We deliver high Quality Body Shrink Sleeve and Neck Shrink Sleeve Machine.Also we proiding Solution to costumer for Shrink Sleeve Applicaor and other Pharmaceutical Machines as per requirement.Salient Feature The machine is Design and Manufactured in accordance of GMP Standards. The Structure of machine is made of SS 304 and Parts will be of Aluminium and MS Powder coated/Chrome Plated as per requirement. Conveyor made of SS 304 will be provide for conveying of product and sleeving of product. Feeding Screw will be provide at conveyor infeed for feeding Bottle. Shrink Roll End Alarm will be provided for changing of roll and empty roll. Seperate motor provided with brush for settling of sleeve onto bottle for proper sleeving during Heat shrink operation. Sensor for Bottle presence for sleeving operation will be provided. Compact Tunnel for Heat Shrink Operation with min. power consumption. Overhead convection fan for cooling at output. Easy to operate PLC by means of touch screen HMI. Operation Once machine is switched on bottles coming from Infeed side of conveyor by means of Turn Table or Manual feeding. Bottles will go through Feeding Screw over the conveyor for proper positioning and pitch wise seperation of bottle for proper sleeving. Bottle comes under the Sleeve former and sensor give command to sleeve generator and then sleeve with transfer to Bottle with the help of dropper Rolls. After Sleeving operation bottle will go through the Shrink Tunnel for Shrinking operation and then after bottle will be collected from outfeed of conveyor.
