s355j2 is a non-alloy structural and engineering steel used in a variety of places and is offered in hot rolled, cold drawn, forged condition. It is low carbon unalloyed steel and hence has great weldability properties making it suitable for various structural steel applications. S355j2 has good impact strength. Since it has got high tensile strength and a high yeild point hence it also has various mechanical applications in automobile, oil and gas, power plants and other sectors.
