Incoloy 800HT is a high-temperature alloy that belongs to the family of nickel-iron-chromium alloys. It is known for its excellent strength, resistance to oxidation and carburization, and good creep-rupture properties at elevated temperatures. Incoloy 800HT is often used in applications that require high strength and corrosion resistance in environments with elevated temperatures. An Incoloy 800HT rod refers to a cylindrical solid bar made from Incoloy 800HT alloy. These rods are typically manufactured through processes like hot rolling or cold drawing, and they come in various diameters and lengths. Incoloy 800HT rods are commonly used in industries such as chemical processing, power generation, heat treating, and furnace components, where they are exposed to high temperatures, corrosive environments, and thermal cycling. The properties of Incoloy 800HT make it suitable for applications where strength and resistance to oxidation, carburization, and corrosion are essential.
