Rubber mixing process (RMP) is one of the determinations of physical and chemical properties of vulcanized rubber. RMP starts from rubber mastication and then followed by rubber chemicals and/or filler mixing into rubber.Mixing mills (also rolling mills) are used for the manufacture of rubber compounds. A rubber base material is mixed with several additives, such as fillers, softeners, processing aids and colourants here. The two rolls of the rolling mill rotate in the opposite direction.The two roll rubber mill is a machine used to process natural rubber into various compounds. Two horizontally opposed stainless steel rolls rotate in opposite directions towards each other at different speeds to mix the rubber and ingredients used to create the rubber compounds.Mixing is the combining of two or more materials to achieve a desired level of uniformity. Perfectly mixed materials can be defined as materials in which samples removed from the mixture will have exactly the same composition as samples removed from other locations within the same batch.
