R+W BK7 Shaft CouplingThe R+W BK7 is a high-precision metal bellows shaft coupling designed to connect a solid shaft to a hollow shaft with a compact, secure fit. One side uses a clamping hub, while the other uses an expanding mandrel, creating a strong friction-locked connection that is backlash-free and torsionally rigid. The stainless-steel bellows allows the coupling to compensate for axial, angular, and radial misalignment without losing positioning accuracy, making it ideal for servo drives, encoders, ball screws, and other precision motion systems.
