Features: Auto vice clamping-declamping. Blade breakage detection. Auto saw arm up. PLC based electric control panel. Rexroth/Yuken feed control valve. Heavy duty, premium quality bandsaw machine with powder coating fabricated body and all machined components for longer machine life and corrosion resistance. Heavy cast iron blade guide with ball bearings and carbide pads for smooth cutting. Guide is designed to prevent the issue of taper cutting or blade breakage. PB2 bronze gearbox with hardened alloy steel worm shaft gives smooth and noise less drive. Easy operating and cleaning of machine. Very compact and operator friendly design. Total 57 inch machine length with best in class 9 inch diameter and 12 inch flat bar cutting capacity. Can cut all types of metals including non-ferrous, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, die steel etc. Can cut any sections such as round, square, hex, pipes, I-beam, angle, channel etc. Easy and precise hydraulic feed control. Auto on-off coolant pump. Heavy and rigid design facilitates vibration free cutting operation. Chrome plated vice components. Spring tension to adjust the weight of saw arm.
