Circular fryer is made of SS 304 is mounted on a SS 304 frame with tilting arrangement that enables unloading of Products in a single stroke after frying. Fryer is also accompanied with Ecoflam Burner for Product. Frying which is connected with Digital Temperature Controller & Panel.The fryer is an extremely popular kitchen appliance used in about 85% of food service establishments. It is designed to cook foods such as chicken, fish, breaded vegetables, specialized pastries, and of course, the classic French-fried potato.fryers are either batch or continuous units. In a continuous fryer, the foodstuff is placed on a feed conveyor that moves the product into a tank filled with frying oil. The oil is heated to 170–180 °C (340–360 °F).
