Product Details
S12M-SCLCR09 is a high-precision internal turning tool holder designed for boring operations using CCMT09T3 carbide inserts. With a sturdy 12mm diameter shank and an overall length of 150mm, this tool offers excellent rigidity and vibration resistance during machining. It features a screw-clamp mechanism for secure insert holding, ensuring stable cutting performance and easy insert replacement. The holder has a 95° approach angle and 7° clearance angle, making it suitable for semi-finishing and finishing applications. Constructed from high-quality alloy steel or tungsten steel, the S12M-SCLCR09 is ideal for use on CNC lathes and manual machines. It is widely used for internal machining of steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals, offering durability, accuracy, and consistent results.
