Rotolinear Systems presents an exceptional quality range of Safety Couplings – Model KBK EK, designed in accordance with international standards while considering the evolving requirements of our clients. Key Features & Specifications: Equipped with servo insert couplings for connecting two shafts, compensating for misalignment (collet clamp). Vibration damping for smooth operation. Torque range: 0.5 – 500 Nm. Polyurethane inserts with hardness SH 98A. Hubs up to size 38 are made of aluminum alloy; larger hubs are steel. Torque Limiter Functionality: One side with collet clamping, the other side with keyways, both suitable for shaft fixing. Polyethylene insert compensates for misalignment. Preset torque can be set and will disengage automatically if exceeded, protecting your machinery. Automatically re-engages when torque returns within the preset limit. Torque setting can be adjusted anytime after installation. Maximum torque available for this model: 500 Nm.
