The 500 Litre Digital Salt Spray Chamber creates a uniform salt mist environment inside the test chamber to accelerate corrosion testing. How the Salt Spray Test Chamber Works The test specimen is placed inside the corrosion-resistant chamber on suitable specimen racks. A prepared salt solution is supplied to the atomizing system, where compressed air converts the solution into a fine and uniform salt fog. The chamber maintains the required temperature and test conditions through a digital control system. During the test, the sample is exposed continuously to salt fog for a specified period.
