• Heat sink operates by conducting heat from the processor to the heat sink and then radiating it to the air.• HEAT SINK COMPOUND is applied to the base and mounting studs of transistors and diodes and silicone controlled rectifiers. It is also an effective thermal coupler on any heat sink device where efficient cooling is required. This is synthetic base grease free from moisture and impurities. This can work up to 500 amp. current.Temperature range: (-40°C TO 200°C).Other Details:For Industrial use only
