Sautiner is a jacketed vessel provided with stirrers which roasts powders, pulses and prepares semisolids. The heating media generally used is thermic fluid or steam.The fuel used in this equipment is LPG.noun. a contrivance for roasting something, as an oven, a pan for roasting meat, or a machine for roasting coffee beans. a pig, chicken, or other animal or article of a size convenient and grade suitable for roasting.Coffee roasting machines Heats the drum before heating with drum machines, then passes to coffee by heat contact and roastes the coffee. In roasting with air, the heated air constantly mixes and heats the coffee.
