Product Details
magnetic drum separator which is used to separate magnetic material from non-magnetic substances. Magnetic drum separators are widely used in industries like mining, recycling, foundry, plastic to ensures the purity of products and the protection of processing equipment. Depending on the application, high or low intensity magnetic drum separators can be designed with different magnetic field strengths. Drum magnetic separator works on the principle of magnetic attraction, consisting of a rotating drum with a stationary magnetic assembly mounted inside. As the drum rotates, material is continuously fed onto its surface through a vibratory feeder, where magnetic particles are attracted to the drum's magnetic field and adhere to its surface. Meanwhile, non-magnetic material falls off naturally due to gravity. As the drum continues to rotate, the captured magnetic material moves out of the magnetic field's influence and is discharged separately, effectively separating magnetic and non-magnetic substances.
