Working Principle

A helical screw blade (auger) rotates inside a U-trough or tubular casing. As it turns, it pushes the material forward through the conveyor length.
Material movement is achieved by:

• Rotational force of the screw

• Friction between screw flights & product

• Gravitational pull (in vertical designs)

This ensures uniform, controlled, and dust-free conveying even for difficult materials.
