Screw Feeding Conveyor Machine is a compact and efficient material handling system designed for controlled and continuous feeding of bulk materials from hopper to processing machines such as mixers, crushers, packing machines and reactors.The system consists of a helical screw rotating inside a closed tubular or U-trough casing, which moves material smoothly from the inlet to the discharge point without spillage or dust generation. It is suitable for handling powder, granules and small lump materials in a safe and hygienic manner.This feeding conveyor is widely used in food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastic, cement and construction industries for feeding materials like flour, grains, sugar, salt, spices, cement, fly ash, plastic granules and similar free-flowing materials.The machine can be manufactured in MS or SS304 construction depending on application. It can be equipped with hopper feed, VFD speed control and easy clean door for better hygiene and maintenance. Length, capacity, motor power and discharge height can be customized as per customer requirements.It ensures reliable operation, low maintenance, energy efficiency and accurate feeding, making it an ideal solution for automated material handling and process feeding.
