The Semi-Automatic Band Sealer Machine Heavy Duty, 2000 pouch/hour provides a sealing solution for continuous packaging. A sealing capacity of 2000 pouches per hour gives high productivity. The machine holds pouch sizes from 6 to 12 mm. Its sealing speeds go from 0 - 15 meters per minute, which suits medium to large packaging needs. With a semi automatic design, it joins operator control with automation for smooth use. A temperature range of 0 - 400°C is adjustable, as it handles various pouch materials with precise sealing. Operating on AC 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz, it provides flexibility for different environments. Because of its heavy duty build, it lasts a long time under continuous use. The FRB770 model is good for food, pharmaceutical along with chemical packaging. This machine improves output and also ensures secure, leak proof sealing for product safety.
