The Semi-Automatic Band Sealer Machine, Vertical model FRB770, is a dependable packaging solution for sealing pouches. With a sealing capacity of up to 2000 pouches each hour, it fits medium scale industries needing consistent, quick output. The machine takes 220V AC power, and it has two heaters that give uniform sealing. Its digital temperature controller allows careful adjustment up to 400 degrees keeping seal quality even. At just 38 kgs, the unit is small but firm offering simple installation and transport. For sealing products with liquid, granular, or powder contents, its vertical operation mode works well - it holds a maximum conveyor load of 10 kgs, which packages many pouch sizes well.
