The Semi-Automatic Continuous Band Sealer, 1 Kg, Horizontal model FRB770 from Shiv Packaging, is for sealing all types of bags. With durable MS/SS construction, the machine provides long performance - it needs little maintenance. The machine works horizontally. It is good for sealing pouches with a top capacity of 1 kg. A conveyor load of up to 5 kg is possible. Because it has a 0.67 kW motor that runs on 220V/50Hz, it operates smoothly. The temperature controller heats up to 300°C. This provides uniform seals for many packaging materials. With a sealing width of 15 mm, and a speed of up to 300 pouches per hour, it produces much for commercial uses. At only 18 kg, it is easy to place and use in small scale to medium scale setups. Its semi automatic design offers good use while still allowing user control. For food, pharmaceutical along with industrial packaging operations needing good sealing, this machine is a good choice.
