The Semi-Automatic Continuous Band Sealer Machine, Horizontal, model FRB770 from Shiv Packaging, is for good sealing of all material bags. As an example, it seals bags of PP, LD, paper, aluminium foil, HM, or polyester. With its MS/SS construction, this machine works for a long time without much repair - it operates flat and seals pouches up to 1 kg. The conveyor handles up to 5 kg. A 0.67 kW motor, which uses 220V/50Hz, powers the machine for steady operation. The temperature controller heats up to 300°C, which provides good, even seals for different bag materials. At 15 mm, the seal width is normal. The machine seals up to 300 pouches each hour, so it has good output for business use. Because it is small and weighs just 18 kg, it is simple to put in and use in small or medium places. Its semi automatic design helps with speed, but also allows simple control. For food, medicine along with industrial packing, this machine is a fine choice for proper sealing.
