The semi automatic HF-5000 plus is a versatile and powerful bench top gear driven crimping press. Sets new standards in quality and speed. Use of all common commercial crimping tools so, individual crimps previously done manually can be processed on it with great precision in terms of safely futures. And HF-5000 plus has a safely cover equipped (optional) with a dual channel safety system (RCS) and programmable. The crimp force analyzer that comes with the crimper detects good and bad wires reliably and provides a detailed description of errors .This uniquely designed for optimal ease of use and change over. This bench top crimping press is integrated with LED lighting source built into the work area to focus on the crimp tooling for optimal visibility. Bad crimp cutter and a terminal crimp all the integrated in the crimper to boost efficiency and process quality even more. The terminal reel bracket allows for quick change from side to end feed terminal reels. The effective electronic control system operates on 220V 1 Phase power. The HF – 5000 plus features both a forward and reverse jog mode for set-up and resetting of the crimping unit.Features: High Quality Precision Bench Top Crimping Forward and Reverse Jog Mode. Built in Light Focused on Crimping Tooling. Easy Opening Safety Guard and Quick Release Base (Optional). Integrated Pneumatic Feed System. Optional Crimp Force Monitor Available. Quick – change applicator base plate. Quick – change terminal guides for changing between side & rear feed terminals. Counters for lot size, batch size and total machine cycles. Variable press cycle speed for difficult applications. Inching function for tool setup. Automatic home position function. Fine adjustment of crimping height (micro – adjustment). Strong steel, machined base and frame. We can save upto 500 memory.
