The Semi-Automatic Horizontal Band Sealer Machine is a good solution for quick pouch sealing in many industries. Of a mild steel body, it has long performance and continues use. The machine delivers a seal width of 15 mm providing good, leak proof seals for different packaging - it handles a wide variety of plastic and laminated paper bags, which includes stand up pouches, side gusset bags, flat bottom bags, pillow pouches, spout pouches, LDPE, PE, PP, PVC along with cello bags. With an operating speed of 200 to 300 pouches an hour, it is good for medium scale production needs. To seal filled packets with consistent accuracy plus uniformity, the horizontal design is good. A single phase 220V supply powers it - it runs at a temperature of up to 300°C for secure sealing results. Because it is small and weighs just 20 kg, the machine is easy to move and set up. The band sealer, with quick delivery but also simple operation, offers a cheap, good packaging solution for businesses.
