The BHA-102D is a high-efficiency machine designed for medium-scale production. It is versatile and can produce various cement products, including solid bricks, hollow blocks, paver blocks, and curbstones, by simply changing the moulds. It uses a combination of hydraulic pressure and vibration for compaction, ensuring high-quality and consistent output. The machine is semi-automatic and features a PLC-based control panel for ease of operation. Technical Details Main Technology: 100 to 125 Tones pressure with Vibration, Automatic double-cylinder system. Motor Make: Crompton Greaves / Havells / Shreehari Elect. Co. Electricity Required: 31 Hp / 23.12 kW (Three-phase electric power) Oil Tank Capacity: 400 Liters (68no. Hydraulic oil) with oil cooling system. Shed for Machine Setup: 50 ft. x 30 ft. x 15 ft.
