Hikon manufactures wide range of scrap grinder / granulators for different types of plastic waste. Waste from Injection Moulded Articles, PVC Pipe fittings, Profiles and Blow Moulded containers up to 100 liters with flash, thermoforming waste, pet waste etc.Sailent Features : The hikon granulators /grinder is built tough and suited to the most demanding applications The heavy duty fabricated steel rotor and cutting chamber are capable of withstanding high shock loads Bearings,knifemounts and the rotor have been over engineered to ensure a long service life The well thaught out design of the machines allows fast,safe access for cleaning and maintenance V-Technology: "V" cut rotor design for optimum cutting performance. Hikon granulators/grinders are generally equipped with "V" cut rotors. The "V" arrangement of the rotary cutting knives holds material in the centre of the rotor, reducing wear on the side walls and the tendency of material to plasticize. The "V" design is also beneficial in that blade wear is more even and bearing load is equally distributed Hikon Granulators / Grinders are provided with cyclone which will carry the grinded material and put that material at a separate place,cyclone is provided with a motorisd blower.
