Backed by advanced technology support, these pipe extruder plants allow production pipes of two different diameters simultaneously using single mold support. Further, these plants also provide support for achieving higher production rates of 50 kg/hr to 100kr/hr even in cases where smaller diameter pipes are produced. Other than this, these plants also come supported by special conical twin screw extruder for allowing high filler loading, pipe vacuum tank for consistent production even in cases when output is from pipe, separate vacuum pump and water pump for vacuum chambers, pipe die head for low production costs, special flow channel design for allowing equal distribution of PVC in both moulds and others.
