An injection moulding machine (also spelled as injection moulding machine in BrE), also known as an injection press, is a machine for manufacturing plastic products by the injection moulding process. It consists of two main parts, an injection unit and a clamping unit.Injection moulding is a forming process using mods. Materials such as synthetic resins (plastics) are heated and melted, and then sent to the mold where they are cooled to form the designed shape. Due to the resemblance to the process of injecting fluids using a syringe, this process is called injection moulding.The injection machine is a machine that melt plasticise the moulding material inside the heating cylinder and inject this into the mold tool to create the moulded product by solidifying inside it.Plastic moulding is the process of pouring liquid plastic into a certain container or mould so that it hardens in that customised shape. These plastic moulds can then be used for a wide range of purposed. There are 5 types of plastic moulding that is considered to be the most effective and most popular.
