Machine is designed to wash a diverse range of container or glass, plastic etc. Rotary washing machine hasbeen extensively used in the pharmaceutical, food industries, cosmetic, distillery & allied industries. SPECIAL DESIGN FEATURES:· Manual loading & unloading provided with preset washing sequences with recirculation arrangements. · External cleaning facility.· Bottle cleaning on four various stages, i.e., Fresh water, hot detergent water, D.M. water wash.· 1ST WASH – FRESH WATER – 300 LTRS/HR @ 15 PSI· 2ND WASH – HOT DETERGENT – No Consumption as such, water loss during shall be compensated.· 3RD WASH – FRESH WATER – 300 LTRS/HR @ 15 PSI· 4TH WASH – DM WATER – 300 LTRS/HR @ 15 PSI· LAST OUTSIDE WASH – 700 LTRS/HR @ 15 PSI· Bottle holder designed to accommodate containers, with various neck diameters.· Diameter of Container – 25 to 100 mm· Outside Diameter of neck – 20 to 38 MM as change cup for neck.· Height of Container – Upto 280 mm· Two bottle holders in one line instead of four easy loading & unloading.· Provided with two S.S. tank (75 ltrs. capacity each) and two mono block centrifugal pump pressure gaugesand control panel.
