The Semi-Automatic Vertical Band Sealer FRB770 is a dependable packaging tool - it seals pouches in medium operations. The sealer has a powder coated body of mild steel, which gives it long life. It works upright, so it is good for sealing pouches with powders, granules, or other products that need upright placement. With a capacity to seal up to 2000 pouches each hour, it provides steady work for business use. The machine has two heaters that spread heat evenly. This makes seals that hold well and do not leak. On a conveyor that carries loads up to 10 kg, it handles heavy pouches. For the unit, a standard 220V supply with a power need of 5A works - this makes it use little energy and simple to put in place. Through heat sealing methods, it provides a safe sealing step for different pouch materials. Its semi automatic work makes it simple for people to use, as it keeps up much production in packaging places.
