The AsteRx RB3 Pro+ is a high-accuracy, rugged GNSS positioning and heading receiver engineered for demanding industrial applications. Built with an IP69K-rated housing, it withstands extreme temperatures, corrosion, shock, and vibration, making it ideal for construction, mining, logistics, port operations, and automation environments. Equipped with 544 hardware channels, the receiver supports simultaneous tracking of all major GNSS constellations including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, NavIC, and SBAS. It delivers centimeter-level RTK accuracy with rapid initialization (7 seconds) and reliable sub-degree heading performance using dual-antenna input. This ensures precise heading and pitch/roll measurements independent of vehicle dynamics or magnetic sensors, even in challenging conditions. The AsteRx RB3 Pro+ integrates Septentrio's patented GNSS+ algorithms for maximum reliability: AIM+ for anti-jamming and anti-spoofing protection APME+ for multipath mitigation LOCK+ for robust tracking under mechanical shocks IONO+ for scintillation mitigation RAIM+ for autonomous integrity monitoring Connectivity is highly versatile with RS232, USB, CAN/CAN-FD, Ethernet, event markers, and xPPS output, along with 16 GB internal memory for logging. Supported data formats include SBF, NMEA, RTCM, and CMR, ensuring seamless integration into diverse systems. Performance highlights include: RTK accuracy: Horizontal 0.6 cm + 0.5 ppm, Vertical 1 cm + 1 ppm Attitude accuracy: Heading as precise as 0.03° (with 5 m antenna separation) Update rate: Up to 100 Hz with <10 ms latency Velocity accuracy: 0.03 m/s Time precision: xPPS output with 5 ns accuracy The receiver is compact and efficient, with dimensions of 168 x 118 x 51 mm, weight of 850 g, and low power consumption (1.1–2.5 W).
