The three phase servo-controlled voltage stabilizer is a new automatic unit built for factories and shops. It stands on the floor plus rolls on wheels - one person can move it and bolt it in place. A motor drives a variable transformer to hold the output voltage within one percent of the set value but also it acts within milliseconds. A microcontroller board reads the true RMS values and shows the input voltage, output voltage as well as load current on digital meters. The unit trips on overload, short circuit, surge, phase loss or reversed phase sequence and it keeps the load safe. It is built in India for heavy duty service - it works at high efficiency or lasts for years even when the mains voltage rises or falls every hour. It feeds clean steady power to delicate machines and lengthens their working life.
