Choose the Right Wall Best: Solid wall with wood studs, concrete, or brick Avoid: Drywall alone (it won't support the load or movement) 2. Mounting Height Typical center height: 48–60 inches (120–150 cm) from the floor For rehab use, adjust so the wheel center is roughly at shoulder height of the user Some clinics mount two heights for different users 3. Hardware Requirements Use heavy-duty lag bolts or masonry anchors Bolts should go directly into studs (or concrete anchors if masonry) Minimum recommendation: 3/8" or 10 mm bolts At least 2–3 inches embedded into solid material 4.
