DESCRIPTION SHUTTER FLUID-80 is excellent shuttering oil specially formulated for the construction industry, which provides good surface finish to the concrete. Oil is a carefully blended combination of refined emulsified mineral oil. Chemical release agent suitable for Mould and shutter faces prior to casting concrete in order to achieve a clean release. After removal of the formwork, the resultant concrete has a smooth hard uniform finish, with reduced incidence of blow holes. APPLICATION • Recommended for use in the production of concrete sleepers and Mould releasing of concrete structural, when applied to steel, plastic and timber formwork allows clean, fast and easy stripping. • SHUTTER FLUID-80 oil is specially formulated for the special need of modern construction industry, which provides good surface finish to the concrete. • Pre-stressed, precast, and pipe plants, RCC structures • SHUTTER FLUID-80 is well suited for shutter faces made from wood, steel, fiberglass, aluminum & paper.
