Shuttering Plate also known as Wall Form Panel comes in standard sizes with adequate stiffener for durability and strength. The peripheral angle is slotted with precision for joining two panels with wedge pins or nut bolts. The shuttering plate is used for forming of concrete wall and concrete slab.Shuttering is defined as the temporary moulds that are used to hold the wet concrete in place until the concrete has set and cured.Shuttering or formwork is the process of giving support and stability to the concrete before it becomes solid. The shuttering is commonly made using wood and steel. The right way to do shuttering is mentioned below.Procedure. The centring and Shuttering System consists of Plywood as sheathing material, Steel Whalers (horizontal members used for shuttering support) as primary members and H beams as secondary members. The Alignment of shuttering to be done by adjusting upward and downward movement by Telescopic props.
