Sigma Mixer Machine or Sigma Kneader is unique mixer machine perform homogeneous kneading operation for heavier viscosity materials. Double Z blades design is the exclusive feature of machine that rotate in opposite directions. Sigma Blade Mixer is advanced mixer uses to achieve uniform kneading with shear force.Sigma blade mixers mix by over-turning the product, splitting the product as it is forced down over the “saddle” or central ridge of the mixer bowl and by shearing the product between the blades and the bowl.Sigma Blade Mixers are based on a combination of 100+ years of ABBE rugged reliability and the latest Aaron Process Double Arm Mixer designs. These mixers are used for mixing plastics, rubber, adhesives, mastics up to 10,000,000 centipoise and solids such as carbon paste, powdered metals and ceramics.Sigma blade mixers go by several names including Z-blade mixes and double arm mixers. The most common blade design is the sigma blade (shown below), hence the name.
