It's basically a bonding primer that helps the waterproofing layer stick better to the substrate. 🔎 Key Features Water-based, modified bituminous primer — easier and safer to use than solvent-based ones. Penetrates porous and cementitious surfaces to improve adhesion for waterproofing membranes. Works well on concrete, screed mortar, porous stone, lime-concrete, and old bituminous surfaces.
