The Silent Diesel Generator 40 kVA is given with power supply options that offer reliable results and are provided best suited for prime-duty applications. With a rated speed of 1500 RPM and compression ratio being 17.5:1 with two-cylinder in line engines, the silent diesel has been found with effective performance. The generator has a cubic capacity of 1.5 L and guarantees stable power output. It operates at 230/415V, 50 Hz with a power factor of 0.8. This generator has a compact structure with dimensions of 7.4 x 3.6 x 5.7 feet and about 1260 kg. It is suitable for use in different installation environments, has a 72-liter fuel tank, and so it can be used continuously for a long time before refueling. The cooling system is liquid-based for the engine to work for a long time and sustain optimal performance. Noise levels are maintained less than 75 dBA at 75% load, making it noise-friendly enough for noise-sensitive locations. A strong 12V D.C. starting system propels the generator, coupled with a reliable battery from Exide Genplus or Amaron. The DSE controller allows for effective monitoring of key parameters, and safe operation is ensured by features such as overload and short-circuit protection. The generator has a body sheet of 1.2 mm in thickness and PU foam of 40 mm in thickness for sound insulation and durability when in use.
