Servo Auger Filler Machine is a semi-automatic powder filling machine for providing dual advantage of high speed and accuracy for filling non-free flowing powders in to pre-formed pouches and bottles. Modular construction facilitate to integrate the machine with the automatic container feeding lines OR can be used a dozing head for form fill seal machines. PLC based advance switching technology providing instantaneous start and stop of servo motor which removes lag introduced by inertia of normal DC/AC motor. Required quantity can be set on a simple friendly MMI. Various parameters can be set for the ease of operations and as per the application requirement such as Pre-set recipe, batch fill mode, Auto/manual mode, Time between subsequent fills etc. Multi-layer security controls via passwords and data logging facility via USB drive can be provided for the senior management controls and reporting.
