Shredder is a general-purpose machine developed by our factory, which can effectively shred most materials. Low energy consumption, high output, easy to move and so on. Users can choose different models according to the material size and the required processing capacity to achieve the goal of "limited resources, unlimited recycling". This series of shredders can generally be used to shred hard-to-break plastics, rubber, tires, nylon plastics, car bumpers, discarded fishing nets, plastic pipes, fibers, paper, electrical components, cables, circuit boards, wood, etc.Features:1. Single-shaft shredder, suitable for recycling large solid materials, refractory materials, plastic containers, plastic barrels, and plastic backing plates. Shredded particles can be as small as 20mm according to different needs. And can provide all kinds of feeding hoppers according to customer needs. The equipment rotates the knife at low speed and has low noise.2. The single-shaft shredder consists of a moving cutter head and a fixed cutter to complete the function of shredding materials. The cutterhead is composed of a base shaft and several moving cutter blocks in the shape of a quadrilateral. The moving knife block has 4 cutting edges, which can be replaced. The moving cutter blocks are arranged in V-shape rows along the base shaft, fixed on the base shaft with screws, and rotate together with the base shaft to form a moving cutter head. There are two sets of static knives, which are fixed on the frame. The material is pushed by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder to feed towards the cutter head. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsion force is large and uniform. It is suitable for recycling various bulk solid materials, irregular and difficult-to-handle materials, plastic containers and barrels, tubes, films, fibers, paper, etc. The spindle speed is 45~100 rpm.3. For different materials, different knife sticks can be selected, and the correct selection of knife sticks can greatly improve the performance and production efficiency of the equipment. The knife sticks provided by our factory are: high performance knife sticks, hard material knife sticks and film knife sticks.4. While choosing different knife sticks, our factory also designs different knife holder installation methods according to the characteristics of different materials: welded movable knife holder, detachable movable knife holder, and integrated movable knife holder.
